JLL is a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate. The company is looking for a Head of Capital Markets for Investment Advisory department.
What This Job Involves:
Head of Capital Markets, Russia is reporting directly to Head of Investments and Strategic Clients Management Group and being responsible for defining, implementing and executing the business development strategy for Capital Markets business line.
The key objectives will include:
Play a leading role in a team of first-class professionals, all of whom are proven real estate capital markets specialists and continue to expand our activities with clients in Russia;
Participate in consolidating and maintaining our market leadership position, which we measure in a variety of ways, including the volume and quality of real estate capital markets transactions;
Continue to develop our capabilities by attracting the highest quality professionals from across the industry.
Specific tasks include:
Participate in developing and driving a client management system of the highest standard in the industry;
Develop strong relationships with our existing clients;
Take responsibility for new business development activities – building and managing appropriate relationships with Russian and International clients;
Act as a role model for maintaining the highest standards of client care and relationship management, both of which we activity promote across the firm;
Promote teamwork within the Capital Markets team and across the wider business.
Desired Skills And Experience For This Job:
At least 10 years of work experience in commercial real estate, executing transactions (investments, Joint Venture, capital partnering or similar);
Bachelor’s Degree in business, real estate, finance, accounting or related field;
Self-motivating individual who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables;
Knowledge and relationship with Russian focused investors and developers;
Excellent analytical and financial analysis skills.
