Responsibilities:
Leading company’s capital markets initiatives, including ECM and DCM related transactions
Develop company’s IR strategy
Contribute into Company’s running strategy and positioning evolvement
Build effective communications with investment community (predominantly tech, US, long only)
Present the company on investor conferences, roadshows and site visits
Manage equity research and analyst consensus
Collect insights from investor communication and present them to management and board of directors
Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls and other occasional press releases
Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters
Preparation of annual reports and other filing documents on NASDAQ
Support local equity and debt listings on MOEX
Requirements:
Advanced oral & written English
Degree in economics, finance or a related discipline from leading Russian or International University
Deep understanding of financial reporting and corporate finance & valuation
At least 5 years of experience in investor relations / investment banking / equity sales or research
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Strong commercial acumen
Outstanding analytical skills, detail oriented, proactive and self-motivated
Desire to work in tech industry
