Dostavista Global — one of the biggest and most technologically advanced players in the global same-day delivery market. The company is looking for a Head of business systems. Head of business systems is a member of the finance department at Dostavista Global and is responsible for automatization and development of 1C systems legacy and other business solutions across 10 companies included in the multinational group of companies.
Responsibilities:
Leading the team of 2 consultants and 3 developers
Integration of new business systems (primary 1C products for finance department)
Organizing hot desk support for business customers using internal task tracker
Development of scalable architecture solutions covering statutory reporting, tax accounting, treasury, budgeting, IFRS reporting
Close work with business customers and prioritizing the task
Development of necessary internal documentation and regulations regarding development process
The company expects that you will have:
Good knowledge of various 1C products such as 1C accounting 8.3, BitFinance,1C ZUP. Knowledge of Bitrix will be considered as plus
Be familiar with basics of statutory accounting, tax accounting (incl. VAT and Corporate income tax), management accounting. Knowledge and experience in areas of treasury, budgeting, IFRS will be considered as plus
Experience of managing the teams of developers and business analysts
Experience of working in role of business analyst more than 1 year+
Experience in project management functions (tasks valuation, control of budget allocated to development project, development of architecture and projects road maps)
Basic understanding of agile development methodologies
Experience at delivering the release build
Bachelor’s Degree technical field or finance. 1C certification is considered as plus
Experience with API instructions
Ability to communicate in English
