Ozon is looking for Head of Business Processes Automation with ERP implementation experience to lead and manage ERP Project Engagement.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate from business side quality, efficiency of ERP implementation and activities to ensure continuous best practices, and drive business results and growth.
Determine scope of the project, plan activities and set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress.
Ensure that project milestones, goals are met and adhering to approved budget.
Analyze existing workflows, perform benchmark gap analysis and assist in the design to transform work flows.
Develop processes and procedures, process documentation, work instructions and other tools to support execution.
Partner with Legal and Compliance experts to ensure regulatory compliance.
Partner with IT to incorporate automation where applicable.
Collaborate cross-functionally on full life cycle process evaluation and improvements.
Conduct on-going research and benchmark against industry best practices.
Perform analytics to determine level of impact and use outcomes to prioritize projects. Manage and sustain internal Lean Six Sigma Certification program.
Requirements:
Demonstrated track record of successful Project Management on large ERP Projects.
Excellent collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Ability to present complex processes in easy to understand terms to various cross functional stakeholders to receive approval and prioritization.
Considerable skills in process improvement, business transformation, customer service, communication, leadership, problem solving and team building.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and under pressure of deadlines.
