Exciting Opportunity
The Head of Business Operations CU EECA reports to the Network and Managed Services Delivery (NMSD) Business Operations (BO) Head and is a member of the MELA NMSD BO Leadership Team and the NMSD CU Leadership Team.
This role is responsible for driving, supporting and challenging the definition and execution of operational plans & programs in the Customer Unit dimension, in alignment with NMSD plans. We expect the person to demonstrate senior capability in managing and inspiring changes in a large, complex organization with multiple customers. Deep knowledge in CBE, Resource Management and Transformation processes, tools and methods are expected.
You will
Secure CU portfolio accuracy and forecasting and following-up CU financial and non- financial performance vs targets;
Manage CU resource and cost planning process to execution to achieve targeted profitability, thru right dimensioning, pyramids and delivery strategies
Be responsible for Leading NMSD quality and transformation initiatives and improvement projects implementation in the CU and ensure consistent ways of working.
Secure NMSD CU performance and governance/reporting. Responsible for NMSD CUs operational and business targets follow up, control deviations and set plan for improvement actions.
Fulfill the overall success of the unit will be measured across financial, customer satisfaction, operational and people indicators
To be successful in the role you must have
Confident leadership on executive team, able to lead/mobilize large/matrix organization, ability to lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams
Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business or similar
Solid (10+ years) experience in managerial positions within the telecom and/or ICT industry in EECA region
Willing to create shared vision and common goals in line with Ericsson strategies, focus areas and priorities
Ability to motivate and engage, communicating to empower and develop high performance culture, competence and skills
Capability to take ownership and drive initiatives beyond established boundaries, also to influence and communicate a vision
Extensive experience in pre-sales support and business execution, customer oriented thinking
Experience in forecasting and dimensioning delivery capacity based on business needs, affordability as well as implementation of delivery processes
Solid Financial understanding, Experience of project accounting governance including P&L and balance sheet
Results-oriented thinking and willing to build long-term working collaboration with partners on the highest levels.
