The role:
The Head of Business Management and Product Management is responsible for and leads all business activities for the total product portfolio within the Ru/Eurasian Economic Union region. Leads, develops and motivates the Business Management and Product Management function across the region including business managers, product managers and business intelligence.
Business activities include product range build up and logic from commercial point of view, product lifecycle management, pricing and margin management, its sell out and promotion across the region, . Role is responsible to identify additional opportunities within the current branded portfolio. Together with the Regional GM, the Head of Business Management and Product Management is responsible for shaping and implementing all business models and strategies to support the regional business goals and targets.
Head of Business management and Product Management has a responsibility for the total business for his product portfolio. The job can be considered as the linking pin between sales (country or region) and product creation and business management groups.
The tasks in this position include:
Business Management functional leader.
Leads a group of Business Managers and Product Managers.
Pricing & margin management on regional level.
Owns regional price & margin council
Defines the business model to be used for the assigned product group.
Owns business planning and long term opportunities.
Leads Business Intelligence group for the region
Shapes together with regional GM all business models
Linking pin to the international sales and business management, Sales Leaders and the management of the product creation groups.
Involved in strategic decisions of product creation.
In-depth knowledge of all international business aspects including strategy and P&L management
Advanced experience and knowledge of pricing & margin management on regional level
Ability to run a Business Group on regional level.
Ability to steer teams on regional level.
Involved in strategic decisions of product creation.
Responsible for business management strategy for the whole region.
Leading pricing and margin choice for the region.
Cooperation with strategic partners.
Full pricing and margin responsibility for the region.
