Diebold Nixdorf is searching for a Head of Business Finance.
You Are Responsible For:
Support business leaders in all business financial related areas to gainfully improve competitive business position of DN in Russia
In depth finance planning and analysis including annual business planning, budgeting and rolling forecasting for all business areas
Driving continuous improvement and identification of cost / operations efficiency to optimize profitability
Working capital management will be key area of focus especially Inventory and Accounts Receivable balances
Effective coordination with various stakeholders in the organization and with Global Business Support (GBS) to achieve above objectives
Effective implementation of the Diebold Nixdorf anti-corruption financial controls in Russia
Ensures finances are managed according to the legislation, policies and procedures and generally accepted accounting principles
Forms solid working relationships with the country business leaders, other company executives and within cross-functional teams. Provides guidance and advice on the best actions and decisions
Explains / interprets finance reports (cost & profit controlling, balance sheet, profit & losses sheet, cash flow report), budget / forecast controls to oversee and control the financial situation of the company to the local management and staff
Conducts risk management. Forecasts and evaluates risks and potentials. Controls costs of all ongoing projects. Monitors external contracts and services provided by suppliers to ensure that these are operating effectively and provide the best value to the company
Validates bids / deals from a financial perspective
Keeps eye on effectiveness of the processes and proposes alternatives
Demonstrates business / industry expertise and commercial awareness
Provides support within the team and spirit building
At all times acts in line with Diebold Nixdorf’s ethics and compliance policies and provides support to Diebold Nixdorf’s compliance team on the implementation of compliance policies in Russia in particular the Anti-Bribery Policy and the Global Trade policy
Qualifications:
Higher education (mathematics, economics, finance, etc.)
Holder of accountancy / finance qualifications
Excellent working knowledge of finance and controlling practices and a good knowledge of all aspects of the tax law in Russia
Minimum 10 of years’ experience post qualification required
Minimum 5 of years’ experience required at Manager or Senior Manager role
Fluent spoken and written English
Working experience in ERP (SAP or Oracle) and BI tool. Advanced MS Excel, etc.
