About the role:
- Experience in the crypto industry
- Responsible for spearheading the establishment and expansion of BitYard operations in Russian-speaking markets
- Oversight of day-to-day region-specific exchange operational activity and operations team (community management, social media management, branding, localization)
- Managed regional business development team
- Onboarding of KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), influencers, professional traders, and local cryptocurrency communities to the exchange
- Drafting, localization, and execution of trading and deposit events for the regional user base, KOLs, and partners to generate volume
- Prepared, localized, and voiced over content for branding, PR, and social media
- Established relationships with key local media partners and curation of a content pipeline
