RESPONSIBILITIES:
Draft a strategy and business development plan
Pipeline development for warehousing and distribution opportunities
Driving tactical sales measures
Identify contacts of potential and target customers
Tender management (Warehousing and distribution)
Challenge all the quotations received
Prepare the offer document and present it to the customer
Prepare and negotiate the contract with the customer after the business is awarded
Reporting
Interaction with Marketing
Press Releases preparation
Writing articles to newspapers, participation in public events including public speeches
Push and orient customer decisions
REQUIREMENTS:
University degree
Minimum 3 years’ experience with a Logistics Service provider in a similar role
Deep warehousing and distribution operations knowledge
Strong knowledge of Power Point, knowledge of Excel and Word
Good knowledge and understanding of Logistics processes and goods flows
Concept development / understanding based on customer requirements
Warehousing and distribution costs and their impact on the final budget
Excellent project management and commercial approach
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Capability of working under stress
Ability to travel (up to 50%)
Geographical flexibility; projects mainly within country, site visits throughout the region possible
Fluent English
Confident PC User: MS Office
