The Head of Business Analysis will play a crucial role in the development and management of the Management Information System (MIS) within the branch. This individual will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from diverse sources to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes. The Head of Business Analysis will lead a team of analysts and work closely with various stakeholders to develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.

- Develop and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) by gathering and analyzing data from various sources, including internal systems, databases, and external sources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements, KPIs, and reporting needs, and translate them into actionable reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Utilize database query and manipulation tools to extract, clean, and transform data for analysis purposes
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and provide recommendations to improve business processes and performance
- Develop and maintain ad hoc and standardized reports, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of information
- Create visualizations, charts, and graphs to present data in a clear and concise manner, catering to different levels of stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, data governance, and smooth functioning of the MIS
- Mentor and manage a team of junior analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis and reporting
Требования:
- Indian сitizenship
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proficiency in working with diverse datasets, performing data analysis, and utilizing database query and manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R)
- Strong understanding of banking and finance principles, products, and processes
- Experience in developing and managing Management Information Systems (MIS) is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in mentoring and managing a team of analysts
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of data governance principles and data privacy regulations
The Head of Business Analysis will report directly to the branch's senior management and will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Management Information System (MIS) to support data-driven decision-making.
