Philip Morris International looking for Head of Brand retail.
1. Infrastructure development and implementation
Develop and Implement the retail marketing infrastructure strategy for the different types of airports, point of sales with a broad approach to retail marketing from in-store communication, visual merchandising and store design.
Build creative solutions related to marketing needs (In-store communication/Merchandising/store layout/Product Imagery), from briefing to design, planning, production and distribution.
Lead Visual Merchandising guidelines development and deployment
Develop executional standards/guidelines & project plan and lead B2C retail calendar.
Develop and maintain a retail strategy that positions PMI Brands and IQOS as an industry leader and supports the business and brand objectives
Establish go to market strategies for store openings
Lead calendar of events and ensure accurate alignment of retail schedule with marketing and communications teams
Establish training and development programs for the retail team to ensure consistent service levels
Stay ahead of developments in retail, customer experience and technology
Build in-store materials design pack for all store channels, showrooms, tradeshows and new openings
Lead and drive multiple end to end projects and ensure timely delivery
Handle agency and vendor relationship to complete results with allotted timeline
2. INTERNAL COLLABORATION
Collaborate with Customer Journey teams to define the physical retail experience, in-store communication and efficient store model
Lead the business requirements, implement a retail expansion strategy and execution plan including site selection, store design and timelines
Partner with the Digital & communication team and Innovations and portfolio teams to conceptualize and develop mobile store applications. Establish data tracking mechanisms to drive data driven insights in order to improve experience and increase engagement
Act as point of reference/liaison between PMI Operation Center (OC) Brand Retail teams and DF on all infrastructure developments and evolution to ensure DF requirements are embedded in global developments and guidelines. Lead and mentor the retail teams to deliver an outstanding service and performance
Participate in all governance meetings to ensure the infrastructure projects are in line with the strategy and within budget
Share best practices inside and outside DF
3. PLANNING, DEPLOYMENT TRACKING & COMPLIANCE
Responsible for planning of new Product/Market/Format launches (Infrastructure, Manpower, Costs, Timings, CX)
Lead the deployment of new infrastructure (Hardware) to digitalize the retail experience
Control creative and production marketing budgets to improve return on investment and achieve financial plans. Track and supervise budget on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with company approved numbers.
4. Metrics & Key Performance Indicators (Efficiencies & effectiveness)
Standard POS, Specialist & Team Leaders metrics / Key performance indicators
Governance between PMI, Experts & 3rd parties

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE
Candidate with strong retail marketing knowledge, including visual merchandising
Understanding of the retail Consumer Journey. Consistent record of CJ projects execution is a nice to have
Good understanding of Omni-channel marketing and digital
Project management skills including involvement of market’s management teams and cross functional collaboration
Background in international business
Excellent communication skills
Travel Retail experience is a plus
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity to adapt to uncertain and constantly evolving business conditions
