В одно из крупнейших интернет-издательств TheSoul Publishing (AdMe) требуется Head of Brand Partnerships (Europe).

 

TheSoul Publishing is one of the largest digital media publishers in the world producing entertaining and positive online content for more than 1 billion followers around the world. Is the company behind wildly successful DIY channel 5-Minute Crafts, the inspirational and creative channel Bright Side, and a wide portfolio of additional popular channels across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and more.
Company is looking for a Head of Sales, Brand Partnerships team who will be responsible for driving revenue by building new brand partnerships for TheSoul Publishing. The ideal candidate has an extensive network with brand-direct marketing teams and agency executives and a proven track of success in the EU market. This role is part of a growing organization with significant growth potential. The right candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and comfortable working remote and extensive use of project management software.

 

Responsibilities:

  • In cooperation with VP Operations & Brand Partnerships finetune and optimize sales strategy in Europe
  • The role involves P/L responsibility with a strong focus on driving revenue via brand sales and partnerships
  • Drive increase in RFPs, decrease sales cycle, improve returning business, push revenue per deal and open new product verticals
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate and close new business opportunities from start to finish
  • Collaborate with internal studio and account management teams to shape and manage the production of branded content
  • Analyze data and trends to develop solutions to reach clients’ core audiences through custom video content and media-driven opportunities
  • Establish and build relationships across major media companies and creative advertising agencies in the EU in order to create meaningful original content partnerships with multiple clients

 

What company expects from the candidate:

  • Proven track record driving revenue via brand sales and partnerships for a top 10 social media publisher or agency personal delivering 10M revenue/annual
  • Strong track record driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, creating new business, and growing and retaining existing business
  • 6+ years of experience as an account executive, account manager, digital buyer, planner, or strategist
  • Management experience - successfully managed small-sized teams (2-5ppl)
  • In-depth knowledge of digital media, formats, platform distribution, and their competitive landscape
  • Familiarity with the media landscape and ability to negotiate terms
  • Proven ability to source, evaluate, negotiate and close new business opportunities from start to finish
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Outstanding networking skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an agency or client
  • Communicate with & build rapport with an entirely remote team
  • Strong virtual & in-person presentation skills
  • Self-reflective manager with the desire to grow
  • Willingness to travel as necessary (when travel resumes)
