A Head of branch is searched for the "Consul Prime" team in the UAE, Dubai. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Operational management of the launch of Consul Prime multifunctional centers in the UAE (recruitment and hiring of personnel, control of training in the use of IT systems by personnel, regulations and work standards), selection of premises and rental of offices for opening centers (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), organization of interaction and conclusion of contracts with adjacent local structures (translators, courier services, notaries, government agencies, certifying documents (apostille), etc.) and the central office)
  • Operational management of the activities of the branch (branches) after launch: calibration and debugging of the operational processes of the activities of the branch (branches), and coordination with the central office; continuous improvement of service delivery processes; organization of related processes, for example, queue management (both live and by appointment), etc.
  • Control of the process quality management system and customer satisfaction (collection and processing of information, control of key process metrics (including SLA), KPIs, etc.)
  • Implementation and control of the reporting system for the head office (providing information and information for reports, tables, summaries, references and statistical reporting)

 

Requirements:

Experience:

  • launching and organizing the work of a service company (organization) for the provision of services to individuals, for example, a visa center, a contact center and customer service centers, a bank branch, etc.: implementation of an operating model; support for installation and training in working with information platforms, selection and hiring of personnel, launching the office, training of personnel, quality control of personnel work
  • higher economic / legal education is welcome
  • experience in creating and launching commercial organizations in foreign countries is welcome
  • confident knowledge of MS Office programs - Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio, Consultant+, electronic document management system, information systems of multifunctional centers and / or visa centers and / or banks
  • high level of legal literacy, attentiveness when working with documents, confident business correspondence skills
  • ability to work with documents, be able to think analytically, be able to work with a large amount of information, the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • communication skills, business communication skills, trainability, performance
  • knowledge of the algorithms for the provision of public services and / or visa services and / or banking services is welcome
  • Arabic (preferred) or English at upper intermediate level. Knowledge of other foreign languages, including the languages ​​of the CIS countries, is welcome.
