From indie developers, games studios, to established publishers, GameAnalytics is currently the #1 analytics tool for anyone building a mobile game. The company is searching for a Head of BD & Customer Success.
What the company is looking for:
Hire and manage additional resources on the team to drive BD efforts, customer success, and technical support
Drive efforts to meet revenue targets and growth KPIs
Work with the team to manage customer and opportunity pipeline, and ensure business targets and growth KPIs are achieved across product lines
Ensure our tool set for go-to-market and CRM (Salesforce) is streamlined enabling the business to track progress, and reach its goals
Develop and implement go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies
Work with our top studios and publishers to find business opportunities, and convert customers to new product lines
Coach the team to drive the adoption of our services. Act as a ‘player coach’: willing to roll up your sleeves and contribute when necessary, always leading and coaching through your personal example
Manage the BD & Customer Success budget, and ensure business priorities are met within the assigned time & resources
Attend training, seminars and workshops as and when deemed necessary
Requirements:
5-10 years experience in mobile gaming or the mobile advertising ecosystem
Proven track record of driving revenue and business growth
Demonstrated management and leadership abilities
Excellent technical understand and ability to work with mobile game developers and data engineers
Desirable
Experience working with Salesforce
Science degree, especially Computer Science or related
Multiple languages – e.g. French, Turkish, Russian, Mandarin, Spanish
