CARDIF Russia is a part of BNP Paribas CARDIF, world leader in bank assurance. Currently we are looking for an experienced and talented manager to join our high performing Coverage team as a leader of Banking Coverage sector. You will be responsible for facilitating activities with assigned partners, mainly large retail banks, to ensure we maintain strong and sustainable relationships with them to achieve best possible outcomes: for the partner, for us and, most importantly, for the end customer.
This position reports directly to Chief Sales Officer. Your future team consists of 9 people: 3 Relationship Managers (Key Account Managers), 2 Coordinators and 4 POS Managers (Business Trainers).

Your Main Tasks:
Implement Partner Success Strategies for assigned accounts
Conduct market analysis and competitor research with the ultimate goal to expand the product and services line and to find new points of sale
Interaction with the management of partner companies on sales development, teamwork strategies and prospects for further cooperation
Effectively solve ad-hoc partner issues as needed
Control of budget indicators
What you bring to the table:
Higher education and at least Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must
At least 6+ years of prior experience in partnerships channel with proven track record of commercial results in prior role
Strong relationship building, negotiations and persuading skills
Proficiency communicating data via Excel and delivering messages via PowerPoint presentations, experience with Confluence and Jira is a plus
Advanced people management skills.
