Google is looking for a Head of B2C Marketing.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Creative and digital consumer marketing experience gained in a global company.
- Experience with the Russian market.
Preferred qualifications:
- Expert in marketing experience in B2C marketing, and performance and brand marketing.
- Leadership experience, creative judgment, technology or online industry experience, being up to date on groundbreaking web/tech trends.
- Track record of effectively delivering multiple and innovative projects in a very fast moving environment, strong project management experience (including agency management), campaign and event planning and execution.
- Ability to develop market insights, marketing strategy and analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to influence wide audiences at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide local market expertise and insights through deep understanding of consumer, industry and competitive behaviour.
- Provide thought leadership to develop, advocate and implement Google's B2C marketing strategy. Manage and execute campaigns and programs to deliver excellent results.
- Manage the Russian marketing budget and champion the needs of the Russian market in a fast-changing and dynamic international company.
- Demonstrate creative judgment and marketing mastery to deepen Google brand equity.
- Build trusted collaborative relationships with regional and global marketing teams, manage interests of multiple stakeholders; effectively collaborate cross-functionally.
