Google is looking for a Head of B2C Marketing.

 

Head of B2C Marketing plays a pivotal role in pursuit for the overall success of the company in Russia. Google counts on gaining loyal users more than on any other business activities, what resonates with the key company principle “USER FIRST”.

The Head of B2C Marketing is free to determine Russia specific consumer strategy most relevant to local realities. You will define tactics and tools to lead execution of the strategy, particular products and services to focus on, and messages to communicate to the audience. You will lead a team of highly professional Product Marketing and Communication Managers motivated to move the dial in Russia.

Responsibilities

Provide local market expertise and insights through deep understanding of consumer, industry and competitive behaviour.
Provide thought leadership to develop, advocate and implement Google’s B2C marketing strategy. Manage and execute campaigns and programs to deliver excellent results.
Manage the Russian marketing budget and champion the needs of the Russian market in a fast-changing and dynamic international company.
Demonstrate creative judgment and marketing mastery to deepen Google brand equity.
Build trusted collaborative relationships with regional and global marketing teams, manage interests of multiple stakeholders; effectively collaborate cross-functionally.

 

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Creative and digital consumer marketing experience gained in a global company.
Experience with the Russian market.

 

Preferred qualifications

Expert in marketing experience in B2C marketing, and performance and brand marketing.
Leadership experience, creative judgment, technology or online industry experience, being up to date on groundbreaking web/tech trends.
Track record of effectively delivering multiple and innovative projects in a very fast moving environment, strong project management experience (including agency management), campaign and event planning and execution.
Ability to develop market insights, marketing strategy and analyze campaign effectiveness
Ability to influence wide audiences at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies.
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
