Mokka is looking for a Head of B2B Product.

 

Key responsibilities will include the following:
Lead idea generation and delivery of improvements in strategic products, channels, and service initiatives for B2B clients and their successful releases and improvements. Key initiatives should focus on faster registration and onboarding of new partners, simplification of shopper registration, reduction of inquiries from partners’ personnel to Customer care channel, improving customer experience for partners, increasing conversion rate of shoppers, etc.
Oversee detailed description of B2B improvement initiatives and solution launches, imagining the experience a customer may have and to translate that into requirements for products, UX/UI at all key customer touchpoints
Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for product improvement initiatives and releases, quantify potential and economics of products and services, prioritize initiatives
Collaborate with designers and developers to define detailed requirements and features for the products and their support, define implementation timelines, budgets, and communication plans, and all aspects to introduce new products and services as well as for introducing improvements in existing products, services, and customer touchpoints
Develop a comprehensive timeline of product and service improvements, track implementation, communicate development status and document progress toward milestones, prioritize and sequence key initiatives
Coordinate with other cross-functional areas to provide inputs into legal documentation for products, pricing, and risk, marketing materials, customer care, etc.
Work closely with the Key Accounts and SME sales teams to plan fast rollout of new features and services. Lead roll-out, ensuring adequate communication, training, and technical support is available for any new feature rollouts
Ensure timely and within budget completion and roll-out of key B2B improvements
Ensure reporting of key metrics of the performance of key B2B touchpoints (merchant cabinet, merchant app, online iframes, etc.)
When appropriate initiate market research and analysis to understand the market opportunity, customer behavior and identify key areas of improvement in products, features, customer experience touchpoints
Responsibility for P&L of B2B products and services and their roll out with partners

 

Desired skills & qualifications:
Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful products and services throughout the life cycle, specifically for B2B and e-commerce segments
Proven ability to develop product and go-to-market strategies and effectively communicate recommendations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
Strong process management skills and discipline
Results orientation
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Knowledge of the latest trends in the development of digital consumer financing and payments services and international best practices
Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, backend architecture, and web technologies is a strong plus
English language – upper-intermediate or higher
