We are looking for an experienced Head of B2B Marketing professional, whose mission will be to build out and execute marketing strategies targeting e-commerce sellers and business owners. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Acquisitions, this person will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of marketing activities. E-commerce sellers include but are not limited to Amazon and Shopify sellers. This role will require strong interpersonal skills, comfort with manipulating data sets, experience in working in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities
Define Accel Club’s positioning in sellers’ community
Organize lead generation process for business development team
Increase success rate in communication with sellers
Increase satisfaction of sellers from interaction with Accel Club
Develop and execute strategy in various B2B channels, e.g. PR, SMM, events, website
Develop inhouse B2B marketing team
Establish and optimize working process with agencies and freelancers
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing in a leadership role
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in working with Amazon sellers is a significant advantage, but not mandatory
Ambitions to build the best B2B marketing function in the market
Fluency in English required
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong presentation and leadership skills
Result driven and ambitious.
