CARDIF is searching for a Head of Automotive business line. Your future team consists of 10+ people: Relationship Managers (Key Account Managers / Business Development Managers), Product Owners of key products, Field Force Managers to travel all over Russia and establish credible relationship with dealers, and Project Coordinators to manage day-to-day partners support, product launches and all sorts of administrative tasks.

Your Main Tasks:

Implementation of Cardif Russia automotive strategy, including design of unique selling propositions (USP) for automotive market with elements of disruptive innovation, data-driven and digital solutions integrated into product portfolio, adapted to the partners’ DNA and ecosystems
Delivery on annual commercial budgets of automotive business line
Definition of corrective actions and plans to increase sales efficiency and overall partner satisfaction which will drive loyalty and advocacy
Key account management of existing accounts, including guidance and offering differentiating ideas to partners and prospects to strengthen the relationships
Business development to get new accounts
Partner offer management:
Analyze competitors practices and expertise
Organize insurance products market benchmarking
Regularly seek to improve the “value chain”, i.e.
(a) product line dedicated to automotive ecosystem and participate in the development of new transversal products together with other divisions of the company (mainly IT and Data Science and Analytics teams)

(b) distribution channels and services provided to our distributors, e.g. information & reporting, support sales force (training, coaching, incentives, etc.) and related tools

(c) introduce new sales technologies

Promotion and coordination of the cooperation with the automotive industry team in the Head office (Paris) and in other international subsidiaries

 

What you bring to the table:

10+ years of relevant work experience in automotive industry (preferably product manager, brand manager and commercial manager at captive bank at automotive OEMs)
Proven experience in designing and implementing new business models with substantial element of digital processes
Proven success in business development and key account management in automotive environment
Proven knowledge in the field of sales and a good understanding of integrated customer offer
Sound knowledge and networks in the automotive industry
Experience in development of new business potential in established business models
Cross-functional experience in matrix organization on strategic projects
Strong experience in leading high performing and motivated teams
Fluent English and Russian.
