В группу фармкомпаний STADA требуется Head of artwork groupe.
Main responsibilities:
- People management and management of the development and approval processes of registration and production packaging layouts (AW incl. PIL) for own-made products, contract and licensed products for Russia and Eurasian markets
- Controlling cross-functional approval process of registration packaging layouts within the company and with external contractors within the agreed project deadlines and in line with local and global procedures
- Cross-functional collaboration, facilitation of regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders within S&OP cycle and as per ad-hoc requests
- Controlling timely and accurate maintenance of internal database for storing and recording registration packaging layouts, transferring them to the archive
- Constant optimization of systems and procedures in order to improve overall efficiency and visibility of AW management processes, lead automation processes implementation for Russian and Eurasian markets in close collaboration with HQ
- Monitoring the timely execution of all on-going activities, such as AW initiation after notification from RA dept, new SAP-codes creation for packaging materials, management of corresponding KPI’s
- Arranging and controlling the process of managing pharmaceutical codes for manufactured products: assigning a pharmaceutical code number, registration numbers in the database, generating a pharmaceutical code, putting a pharmaceutical code on packaging, transferring unused pharmaceutical codes to the archive
- Controlling process ver the creation of new packaging materials codes in SAP ePP and Glams systems and leading the necessary changes to automate the process and improve the efficiency of the layout development team
- Closely interaction with external partners and contractors incl. printing office
Profile:
- High education (Managerial, Economics, Medical, Regulatory)
- 3 years’ experience in similar position or in the position closely connected with management of packaging layouts (pharmaceutical or FMCG industry as an advantage)
- Good communication and presentation skills, deep understanding Russian/CIS legislation requirements for preparation packaging layouts
- Collaborative and pro-active mindset
- Fluent English
