Responsibilities:
Develop and expand running community (Adidas Runners) in CIS and B2B segment (strategy, recruitment, partnership)
Lead and coordinate CIS cities to increase members, create awareness of the communities and reach a higher conversion in sales through engagement and credibility of the brand
Evolve to a digital format through constant communication and increase in different platforms that support having contact with the community, as well as creating digital events
Monitor regular AR activations in the cities, work with local core team a to ensure seamless execution of AR as well as delivery KPI
Anticipate future consumer needs and create excitement and upcoming/new features and improvements
Creative part of the campaigns and execution to integrate the communities within the different operations related to the new launchings of products
Main Requirements:
Fluent English
Master degree
Relevant experience in marketing at least 3 years
Strong project leadership skills, 2+ years of people management
Сommunity management
Sponsorship or organization of sport events
Ideally sport industry experience
Ideally B2B experience
Opportunity to create and launch strategy
Understanding of running community
Good business knowledges (NS, SM, etc.)
