As part of the Yandex Search and Yandex Portal business group, the Business Efficiency team acts as business partners for change management. One of the team’s key priorities is to build analytics and business processes. Therefore, company is seeking an individual with strong communication skills, experience in process development and implementation, and the ability to synthesize and structure large disparate flows of information.
Responsibilities:
- Establish business processes: develop business processes for requesting and acquiring additional resources and investments
- Build motivation systems: establish processes for setting and tracking KPIs, develop and implement new motivation systems
- Cross-project analytics: be responsible for the full cycle of creating and updating cross-project analytics for managerial decision-making
Requirements:
- Experience in management consulting at Big 3 companies or building business processes with large data volumes in large international companies
- Experience working with BI systems, data visualization, and dashboard building
- Critical evaluation of received results, ability to self-check and evaluate work results
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing them
- Ability to present work results concisely and clearly, and represent data visually
- Additional Qualifications: understanding of advertising technologies
