Ameriabank CJSC is a leading financial institution with a long-standing history and a forward-thinking vision. Company is embarking on a journey of Agile transformation and is looking for the guardian of agile mindset and processes, who will be responsible for managing Tribe and Squad ceremonies, efficiency of Squad processes and keeping up continuous improvement. Will develop a deep understanding of the Tribes and Squads processes and add value with broader perspective.
Responsibilities:
- Set strategy for overall structure of the Agile Center
- Ensure standardization and consistency of practices, cadences, and routines between teams of the organization
- Build and refine the backlog of Agile CoE initiatives (e.g., introduction of new agile methodologies, tools, etc.)
- Create and keep the agility playbook up to date according to changes in the organization's practices
- Coach Tribe Sponsors and Tribe leads to create high performing teams
- Organize and deliver training programs on agile ways of working for the organization (e.g., bootcamps, "Agile 101" sessions) and continually identify opportunities to improve agile maturity (e.g., tools, trainings)
- Conduct agile maturity assessments to measure adoption of agile principles and practices across the organization
- Lead the recruiting process of Agile Coaches
- Promote co-responsibility in Agile Coaches for business results of the tribes and squads they support
Requirements:
- Expertise in agile and technical spheres /design thinking, e2e software development, DevOps and IT architecture, etc.
- Understanding of agile concepts, tools and techniques deeply on team and system level
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence, mentoring and conflict resolution skills
- Identification and handling team dysfunction and effective coaching
- Strong performance orientation and understanding of value creation
- Understanding of the core levers of the business, curiosity to learn more
- Proven ability to coach and train individuals and teams in ways of working
