Job Description
We are looking for the experienced project manager with technical background in software development. This role will manage outsourced development teams and work close with product managers to develop public products for taxi fleets and drivers for Russian market.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the software development process
- Vendor management. Motivate teams to achieve project goals
- Determination of the actual projects list and the necessary resources for their implementation
- Working closely with development teams to assess the time and resources required for development
- Technical supervision, solution architecture development
- Working closely with product manager to assess and understand business needs
- Work close with infrastructure team to enhance DevOps tools
Additional Requirements
- At least 3 year of experience in tech domaine in one of the following roles: Product, Project, Tech Lead
- Understanding of modern software development Concepts and Practices (Agile vs Waterfall, Microservices vs Monolithic architecture)
- Understanding of DevOps concepts and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Command skills, good communication skills, ability to manage remote teams
- Spoken and written English
- Motivated self-learner, ability to learn quickly, Ability to work independently and respond to multiple requests in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to write programming code on any object oriented language is a strong advantage
