The Digital and Process Excellence team in Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories has the charter to build competitive edge to the business by proactively building world class high quality innovative Digital and Process Improvement solutions/Services for all geographies of business including Emerging Markets and India – the future growth engine of the company.

 

To enable this vision, the team focuses on:

  • Creating digital marketing strategy across digital channels to support business goals of OTC and RX portfolios through reaching out to their target audience and build equity and share of mind;
  • Performing Full Funnel Digital Marketing across the customer funnel right from Outreach, Engagement, Acquisition, Conversion and Advocacy by building customer & consumer centric models ( i.e. Omni-channel G2M);
  • Innovations (D2C, Ecommerce).

 

Ideal candidates should:

  • Be customer-centric and data-driven marketer who can leverage data and digital to achieve business and marketing goals implementing full-funnel digital marketing;
  • Have an understanding of Consumer & HCP digital marketing landscape and required knowledge of various aspects of Digital Marketing (Search marketing, OLV, Display, Programmatic, Social media, Content & Influencer marketing);
  • Find the best digital marketing and media mix required to achieve the desired business goals of brands and drive the team adoption for optimized results;
  • Have knowledge of Ecommerce and last mile conversion landscape be it E-Pharmacies, Brand stores or Digital marketplace models.
  • Converge the various marketing efforts to bottom of the funnel by incorporating a robust e-commerce promotion plan and increase the Online sales %;
  • Manage a cross-functional team collaboration and track performance on given target KPIs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing strategy. Full-funnel digital marketing on the pillars of Digital marketing and Ecommerce as identify Key Performance Indicators and targets to measure the impact;
  • Innovation in Digital. Develop the best in class consumer and customer journey and experience on digital touch points through innovative solutions which could further increase the CLTV (Customer Life Time Value);
  • Drive Digital marketing and Ecommerce Models;
  • Omni-channel marketing and G2M leveraging digital for both consumers as well as HCPs;
  • Demonstrate full-funnel marketing approach by working across Outreach, Engagement, Acquisition, Conversion and Advocacy and build Lifetime Customer relationships;
  • OMNI-channel. Evaluate digital media plans with stakeholders and brand teams for impactful results and drive implementation;
  • Cover all aspect of the consumer or customer journey in an Omni-channel environment by integrating various channels and touch points for optimum results;
  • Digital Strategy Deployment. Drive execution.

 

Operating Network:

  • Around 10-12 years of experience in Digital Marketing;
  • Higher education MBA / Engineer (Sales & Marketing / Information Technology);
  • Technical Requirements: Digital marketing tools, Ecommerce, Web Analytic tools.
