Head Chef - Turkish Kitchen
New Turkish Restaurant is currently searching for an inspirational, creative and results-driven Head Chef with proven experience in Turkish Cuisine to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Design menus
• Design standardized food presentation guidelines for each dish.
• Ensuring that all food meets the highest quality standards and is served on time.
• Enforcing best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Stocktaking ingredients and equipment, and placing orders as needed.
• Creating new recipes to regularly update the menu.
• Keeping track of new trends in the industry.
• Hiring and training staff to prepare and in cook all the menu items.
Salary: AED 9000 + visa, ticket, accommodation, leave salary.
