Growth Product Manager — Russia
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager with a knack for innovation to deliver on an exciting new product. The ideal candidate has experience working on a social app/platform, and experience driving hard deadlines on release while managing multiple stakeholders. A Product Manager at Viber leads all aspects of the product, including the product backlog, UX, feature definition and continuously strives to improve company KPIs. You will work closely with engineering, design and marketing teams to prioritize development and QA efforts, with the goal of delivering solutions for one of the most popular messaging apps in the world.

Responsibilities
- Drive the full product development cycle from vision, roadmap and goals of the product.
- Work with engineering, design and marketing teams to plan, build and launch high quality product experiences that simplify the way people work together.
- Define product specs, specify use cases, create UX wireframes and define roll out strategy.
- Analyze users’ behavior and data, to identify new trends and product insights.
- Be the owner and expert on the product and its market.
- Understand Viber’s strategic and competitive position, and deliver products that are best in the messaging industry.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience in consumer products
- Data driven and Analytical thinker. Knows to translate data to actions
- Product experience in a consumer mobile application – advantage
- A leader with superb interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding in user experience and user behavior
- Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces – ability to create examples through wireframes
- Excellent presentation skills- be able to effectively tell the story or your product
- An active Viber user 😉
- International experience is a plus!
