Яндекс ищет Growth Marketing Manager (Global).

 

Company is currently developing International marketing and communication team, which promotes Yandex advertising and analytic products globally. The team is looking for strong marketing professionals to communicate products’ value to B2B target audiences. The ideal candidate for the Growth Marketing Manager role has a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics as well as a proven track record of delivering consistent, sustainable revenue growth for B2B companies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain B2B customers, increase sales, and expand market share
  • Analyze and improve the customer funnel at all stages
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to understand the needs and preferences of the target market and develop targeted campaigns that drive engagement and generate leads
  • Work closely with the product team to identify growth and new revenue streams while also delivering product-related feedback to influence future product development
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets as well as tracking and measuring campaign performance
  • Identify and implement best practices for B2B marketing, including customer segmentation, persona development, A/B testing, and data analysis
  • Monitor industry trends and the latest B2B marketing strategies and tactics
  • Launch different growth strategies depending on the territory and save all relevant insights in the knowledge base
  • Monitor and analyze contractor performance, foster effective cooperation between multiple agencies, and monitor payments and document flow

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including search engine optimization, paid search, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, Twitter Ads and others
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, and GTM
  • Excellent communication and project management skills necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills focused on identifying and implementing new marketing opportunities and tactics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient Russian, C1+ English
