To support our expansion into international markets, we are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Lead. Your main responsibility will be to promote Yandex Search, including its mobile version, across all available channels. Working closely with the product team, you will play a key role in shaping the development strategy for Yandex’s search applications.
Tasks that await you:
- User acquisition. You will be responsible for user acquisition for Yandex Search through in-product formats, such as in-app formats (full screens, banners, shortcuts, alerts), in-app formats within the Yandex ecosystem, push notifications, email marketing, and CRM. You will also analyze campaign performance and develop new types of promotions
- User segmentation and communication strategy development. You will segment the audience and design communication strategies based on user behavior and product metrics. You will also conduct experiments and tests to identify the most effective channels and communication formats for these segments
- Develop new formats and identify growth opportunities. Together with the product team, you will create new in-app promotional formats and analyze their impact on key metrics. You will discover new and engaging ways to interact with users, validate hypotheses through qualitative research, and conduct A/B experiments
We expect that you:
- Have 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager
- Are proficient with various marketing tools and channels (performance, media, CRM, digital promotions, and creative projects)
- Think systematically and analytically, work with metrics, and validate hypotheses with data
- Excel at cross-team collaboration and inspire others to work on shared goals
- Are highly autonomous and capable of making independent decisions
- Have an Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (you can read content in professional communities, give conference presentations, write posts, and discuss products with partners)
