Yandex Ads is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to develop and execute marketing strategies that attract and retain B2B customers, increase sales.
This is a high-impact managerial position on the marketing team and you will be reporting directly to the CMO. You will be responsible for overseeing paid media channels, SEO, and other activities in different geos and markets, managing significant budgets, and collaborating closely with other teams.
Tasks that await you:
- Managing paid media and SEO
- Leading and mentoring the internal Growth Marketing (Performance) team, providing strategic guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
- Overseeing the development and execution of performance and SEO strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Conducting regular performance audits and providing performance and funnel optimization strategies
- Managing relationships with external paid media agencies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives
- Collaborating with agencies to develop and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms
- Communicating business objectives effectively and providing feedback to ensure campaign success
- Collaborating closely with other stakeholders to ensure unified strategy and communication
- Overseeing various products and funnels, regularly evaluating their success and optimizing them
- Collaborating with the sales team to align with the overall strategy
- Planning and strategizing with different funnels and communications with the Content team
- Managing and optimizing budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets
- Utilizing data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements
- Building and leading a high-performing growth marketing team, cultivating a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Analyzing and reporting
- Providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies
Company expects that you:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Have five or more years of growth marketing experience and at least two years in a lead position with B2B experience
- Have owned and scaled revenue as the primary KPI
- Are experienced driving revenue through paid and non-paid marketing channels
- Are a strong analytical and creative problem-solver with the ability to deeply understand the customer context and translate it into clear, concise, and creative output
- Have a history of optimizing conversion rates throughout the entire customer journey, from acquisition to activation, revenue, and retention
- Know how to ideate and work independently
- Are a strong communicator (verbal and written) with a solid understanding of creative work, content, and community
- Are proficient in English (C1 or higher) and Russian
