Job Description Summary:

  • This position is responsible for developing and executing the service sales strategy and driving profitable top-line growth for Service Imaging and Digital business in Emerging Markets
  • This role reports directly to the Service Sales General Manager for Emerging Markets and is responsible for attaining the Imaging and Digital Services growth targets of the zone - namely achieve or exceed OP for Price, Contract Capture Rate, IB solutions programs and to unlock value for customers on both Install base and point of equipment sales by differentiating offerings leveraging digital portfolio & outcome- driven solutions

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Growth leader for the Imaging service modalities and digital services, leading GTM strategy and commercial launches through segmentation, targeting and positioning, and aligning messaging, tactics, commercial channel tools and execution for success
  • Maximize services revenue, price, capture rate, IB retention, and customer satisfaction for GEHC Installed Base - achieve or exceed OP for Imaging services and digital services
  • Drive pre-sales activity & Post sales customer engagement to maximize value of service solutions to customer and drive contract & value stickiness
  • Drive & support sales value proposition, negotiation and deal closure at the customer, interfacing with all key buying influencers such as direct users of the product, but also department heads and CXO level staff
  • Define and roll-out the digital differentiation strategy in Emerging Markets at POS and on IB contract and non-contract sales to maximize equipment market share and service capture rates
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of GE and competitive solutions offerings, provide leadership in market analysis and development/execution of strategies and action plans to drive product sales
  • Ensure seamless teamwork with the other Product leaders, Equipment Sales, Services and Marketing teams to ensure Franchise growth and customer satisfaction
  • Align and Collaborate with EMEA COEs to deploy growth programs, best practices, and drive region specific initiatives
  • Develop programs to gather zonal evidence of customer success, early adopters, show sites, and clinical evidence where appropriate and support service-specific KOL’s and advisory boards

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
  • Strategic and able to convert strategy & vision to actionable items
  • Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate clearly
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the Emerging Markets zones
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills and proven experience of managing remote teams and influencing organizations
  • Previous Healthcare digital experience, plus technical and/or Clinical expertise in modalities Minimum 10 years product equipment sales or service experience
  • Prior experience working for a large company in a matrix environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
