Your primary mission will be to ensure the company's sustainable growth by expanding market reach, introducing new product categories, and enhancing existing and developing new sales channels.
Responsibilities:
Geographical Expansion:
- Entering new markets, including launching and operational management in new countries
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis in new markets
New Product and Category Launches:
- Launching new product lines for the mass market in existing markets
- Managing the product portfolio, including optimizing existing products and phasing out unprofitable brands
Sales Channel Development and Optimization:
- Enhancing existing sales channels, such as our own e-commerce platform and physical stores
- Launching new sales channels, including opening over 1k+ retail stores in existing locations and integrating into new marketplaces
Data and Analytics Implementation:
- Fostering a data-driven culture, including regular All-hands and MBR/QBR meetings
- Ensuring the automation of supply forecasting using AI
Internal Process Management and Improvement:
- Streamlining the organizational structure and clearly defining team responsibilities
- Improving the efficiency of HR, Finance, and other key departments
- Developing and implementing new procedures and systems to support company growth
The company is looking for someone with the ideal experience to join the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Post-qualification business experience (3+ years) in a similar role, preferably in Consulting or Investment Banking
- Proven track record in launching and managing new products and categories
- Knowledge and experience in international markets
- Proficiency in data analysis and CRM systems
- Excellent managerial, communication, presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, with competency in data visualization software (Power Bi) a plus
- Creative problem solver, energetic, and persistent
- Ability to develop networks and build trust of senior management
- Confident team player, capable of working well independently and as part of a busy team
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable multi-tasker
- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment
