L’Oréal is searching for a Group Key Account Manager (Luxe Division).
Main accountabilities:
Accountability for all indirect clients BU turnover targets.
Accountability for BU P&L.
Multifunctional team management (commerce, trade, analytics).
L’Oréal Brands & Beauty category sales development.
Cooperation with key e-commerce clients.
Build Joint Business plans for e-commerce clients.
Develop promotional campaigns for e-retailers.
Lead innovative digital/e-commerce projects with turnover targets.
Provide quantitate and qualitative reporting on e-commerce websites key indicators on a monthly basis.
Monitor competitors’ activities in e-commerce channel.
Cooperation with the European headquarters.
Critical competencies:
Strong experience in e-commerce channel is a must.
Collaboration experience is a must (Joint Business Planning).
Strong negotiation experience (internal & External).
Responsibility, Communication, Negotiations, Analytics, Multi-functioning, Stress Management.
English: upper-intermediate+.
