В крупную компанию в сфере минеральных удобрений УРАЛХИМ требуется Group Head of international tax.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight over tax computation and payment by foreign members of the Group - Latvia, UAE, USA, Turkey, Luxembourg, Brazil, Mauritius, China (representative office), India (representative office), Malaysia
- Optimization of taxes paid by foreign companies of the Group
- Determination of optimal tax jurisdictions for different business operations - trading, holding structures, investments, venture capital funds, private equity funds, etc.
- Work closely with governments and authorities in foreign jurisdictions in order to obtain rulings/tax exemptions and reliefs
- Overseeing Group transfer pricing function, preparation and annual update of transfer pricing documentation in accordance with local laws and regulations
- M&A deal structuring in terms of international taxation
- Optimization of the international financing within the Group from a tax perspective
- Structuring and optimization of tax implications resulted from ownership and operating a private aircraft
- Determining and examining tax risks, developing tax exposure and mitigation recommendations, summarizing tax risk exposure for IFRS reporting
- Supporting tax audits of foreign entities
- Examination of contracts, development of tax positions/opinions with regard to controversy cases
- Monitoring international tax law and administration developments and implementation of the same
- Managing tax aspects of business restructuring, assets transfer or other arrangements
- Managing tax planning for controlled foreign companies
- Analyzing and monitoring foreign entities’ tax budgets
Requirements:
- International consulting firm experience, BIG4 experience preferred – minimum 4 years
- Experience in international taxation – minimum 4 years
- Proven experience in taxation – managing tax rulings, experience in structuring international groups, M&A deals
- Skilled in making and delivering presentations
- Knowledge of international tax laws, required knowledge of Cyprus, Luxembourg, UAE jurisdictions
- Excellent Excel and Power Point skills
- Fluent English
- Higher education in taxation, economics or finances
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to multi-task, self-starter, result oriented, proactive
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and take ownership of complex problems, willingness to go beyond your role to deliver
