An investment firm Artek Group is actively seeking a Group Finance Manager.
The Role
Accounting and Reporting:
• Preparation of monthly and yearly Management Accounts reports for the Group’s companies (monthly P&L and BS, year-on-year analysis, AUM analysis)
• Group’s cash flow management (single entities and Group level) with regular update on Group’s liquidity
• Position and potential future cash in- and outflows
Budgeting and forecasting:
• Leading of annual budgeting process, working closely with team leaders
• Providing regular reports on budget execution with analysis of key deviations on department level and identifying potential risks and its mitigating options
• Long-term financial planning in line with the Group growth strategy
Financial Modelling and Analysis
• Providing financial modelling services to the key Group’s clients to support their investment opportunities in UK and worldwide.
Skills
Fluent English – verbal and written.
Fluent Russian – verbal and written.
