The Role:
- Company is looking for a result-oriented and self-driven professional to join team as a Group Compensation and Benefits Director. Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing an organization's compensation and benefits programs as well as performance management and organizational design P&Ps across the locations
- Group Compensation and Benefits Director will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits packages to attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations across the offices. He/she will also lead organizational design functional stream and ensure deployment of relevant performance management practices
- Group Compensation and Benefits Director is a crucial member of our senior management team, who collaborates closely with the CEO, CFO, and other senior stakeholders. Ideal candidate will possess expertise in organizational design, hands-on experience in evolutionary transformation, and a profound understanding of global best practices in compensation and benefits programs
- Please note this role requires relocation to Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Group rewards strategy
- Develop and implement compensation packages based on business goals and strategy
- Create a consistent compensation guideline to match work and organizational culture across the locations
- Identify strengths and areas for improvement for C&B practices across the locations and align them with Group’s policies
- Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks in locations
- Craft and lead implementation of management processes for both base and variable compensation, including Long-Term Incentives management
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulation
- Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports for the key stakeholders and leadership
- Design and implement benefits policies
- Lead organizational design initiatives and manage organizational structure update and support
- Design and implement performance management practices for the Group and business units
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager, Head of Compensation and Benefits, Compensation and Benefits Director in finance sector/fintech industry
- Hands-on experience in successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in the C&B domain within the specified timeline
- Extensive knowledge global compensation and benefits best practices and regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record in organizational design, including active involvement in projects related to transformative changes
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of utilizing data for decision-making
- Proven experience in leadership roles related to compensation and benefits, in a global organization
- Team player, great interpersonal and communication skills
- MA in Human Resources, Finance, or similar relevant field
- Fluent English
- Relevant certifications (CCP, CBP) are a plus
