Global player in the marketing and digital agency is looking for a Group CFO.
Global player in the marketing and digital agency business with activities on all continents including the Russian Federation. With an expanding market share the company is growing rapidly which is why they are currently seeking to hire a Group CFO to service all Russian activity.
The Position:
The Group CFO, Russia is a sparring partner to the General Manager on the ground and HQ. This position will oversee functions in the Finance, Controlling, IT, HR and Treasury area. In addition to the day to day running of the function above the CFO will play an integral part in building the future structure that will enable further growth. In the service industry the CFO also plays an important role in securing key client deals and participates in the negotiation proccess and actively also deals in client relationships. By running the forecasting and budgeting proccess, the Group CFO will also participate in active goal setting and challenging the commercial team. Finally, compliance and digitalisation will be an integral part of this job.
The Person:
Ideal candidates will have already worked in international companies, ideally within marketing agencies or other similar B2B service businesses. Candidates can be either local or expat, however will have to have a fluent command of the Russian language and experience in dealing in Finance in Russia. Experience in implementing ERP systems is desired. As the successful candidate will participate in key commercial negotiations with both local and international client but also challenge existing relationships a high level of communication skills, cultural awareness and emotional intelligence will be required.
