Finstar Financial Group is searching for a Group Brand Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of brand strategy of Finstar’s digital consumer lending key brands.
- Market research and analysis: value/volume, CAGR, legislation and competition obstacles, trends.
- Customer segments identification and deep research (both qualitative and quantitative) to find out insights, usage habits and attitudes.
- Identifying key rivals as well as points of parity and difference with those competitors.
- Preparing Value Proposition and Brand positioning for all stakeholders.
- Making clear relationships between customer needs, offered values and product/brand attributes to prove the value.
- Preparing communication’s key messages to all stakeholders in all communication channels.
- Managing all brand touch points to be in line with the brand strategy (advertising and PR, websites, mobile apps, call center communications, etc.).
- Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales.
- Interacting with Marketing and Product departments.
- Brand book development and actualization.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of successful management experience at positions of Group Brand Manager/Group Brand Director.
- Good knowledge of e-commerce (with clear understanding of UX and sales funnel/conversions).
- Fluent English and Russian is a must, Spanish is preferred but not a prerequisite.
- Deep knowledge in brand strategy building based on data about the market, customers and competitors.
