В LAB Industries требуется Group Brand Manager.
Your role:
- Defines and executes holistic marketing strategy for respective category in order to achieve business objectives
- Prepares & implement yearly category’s marketing activities plan
- Conducts market research and scoping of new market potentials. Identifies long-term marketing opportunities, matches market unmet needs with innovation activities
- Develops and implements new products launches
- Is a project lead for the strategic segments as well as innovation pipeline in collaboration with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Purchasing
- Creates and supervises all media and other communicational assets of respective brands
- Responsible for category P&L and L17 budget planning and steering
- Management of product portfolio
- Leading the team
Skills and competences:
Higher education (as advantage - economics with business management / marketing / communication)
Relevant work experience in international FMCG company in marketing on the position of Senior Brand Manager/Group Brand Manager/Category Head, preferably including experience in:
- New product development for local market
- Development and creation of 360 communication materials for local market
Fluent English
Experience in people management
