Responsibilities:
- Development and preparation of group brand strategy and support plans (including annual and planning)
- Effectively collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to ensure business growth and effective strategy of marketing initiatives and projects
- Control over the timely and regular preparation of consumption forecasts by brand
- Participation in the development and preparation of integrated marketing communication campaigns (IMC)
- Development of pricing strategy for brands
- Control over the preparation and implementation of the vital marketing research
- Preparation and/or participation in regular cross-functional meetings (Monthly reviews, Business reviews, Brand reviews, PMR, DMC, etc.)
- Control over the preparation of the vital advertising and informative materials for the implementation of brand support plans in various channels (media, trade, e-com, HCP)
- Control over regular analysis of the market, competitors’ activities, analysis of past results and assessment of key indicators by brand
- Control over budget planning, accurate annual closure, reinvestment in other brands/activities
- Lead ideation for portfolio development (new launches) together with regional and local cross-functional teams, lead and drive preparation of business cases, required research and support plans for new products
- Effective POM ( portfolio optimization management) integration and business strategy
- Supervising the implementation of key financial KPIs of brands, groups of brands
- Facilitation over the development, adjustment / coordination of priorities and main KPIs of annual brand support plans (media, trade, e-com, HCP)
- Coordinating, maintaining, improving the operational rhythm within the team responsible for the group of brands
- Risk management and scenario planning
- Management and development of team members, both in professional and personal aspects, career planning of subordinates, involvement of the team in additional (besides business) tasks of an organizational, cross-functional/sectoral nature
Requirements:
- Experience in managing brand groups from 6 years (ОТС/FMCG products)
- Team management from 2 years
- Strategic and systems thinking

- Knowledge of English at advanced level
