Responsibilities:
Preparation & implementation of a yearly marketing plan for group of brands (based on the international strategy and activities developed by HQ in terms of new products)
Lead the team of direct reports: set clear goals, provide with all necessary help, knowledge & tools to achieve it, design & support employee development plan
Obtaining and analysis of all relevant market information concerning the brand (market shares, shares of voice, consumer attitudes, brand awareness/usage, competitors’ activities, etc…)
Proposal, implementation and analysis of all necessary market research activities for group of brands and the related projects, together with Market research agencies
Manage product portfolio considering lines and SKU’s performance analysis
Representing brand towards the advertising agency, implementing with them all necessary advertising actions
Preparation, presentation and follow-up of yearly media-briefings
Implementation and control of individual media campaigns
Preparation of Russian advertising material for the group of brands (mainly adaptations of international ATL materials)
Obtaining of relevant information and strategic advice from the agency
Control of agency-related costs
Represent the group of brands towards the headquarters, keeping up-to-date about brands developments and projects, and provide HQs with all necessary Russian data
Evaluation and preparation of recommendations regarding projects (relaunches, new products) related to brands and their implementation
Preparation of the detailed planning (mid- and long-term on brand and product level) for brands
Control of the P&L of brands and its products, regularly controlling Retail Prices, Cost of Goods and Contribution Margins
Work in close collaboration with Sales division, Trade Marketing, Category Management etc.
Requirements:
Higher education (marketing, economics)
Relevant and successful experience (3 years min) in multinational FMCG company
English — Advanced
Strong Excel & Power Point knowledge
Strong analytical skills
Communicative, helpful, team-oriented, agile
