Johnson & Johnson Vision is looking for a strong Group Brand Manager to develop and implement marketing strategy for the Surgical Equipment business.
In this role a person:
Develops tlong & short term product strategies and forecasting to achieve volume and market share targets for the product or product group;
Elaborates long & short-term strategy aiming market/segment development in terms of components of growth: frequency of product usage, HCPs professional skills, etc.;
Develops market vision (data collection and analysis) for the brand on a local basis and translates global/regional activities where applicable. Performs market intelligence and competitive analysis;
Sets up resources allocation for effective strategy implementation, sets up KPIs and monitores plan to ensure follow up within the boundaries of the managed product group;
Manages optimized product portfolio, specifies market requirements for current and future product launches & by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers;
Develops promotional activities and necessary tools in accordance with the product strategy;
Together with Professional affairs department develops framework for KOLs & HCPs Professional Education and elaborates necessary criteria and KPIs to follow up effectiveness of education;
Provides transfer of product knowledge & expertise to the sales team as well as to external partners and customers, conducting product trainings;
Supports product registration from product knowledge prospective.
Requirements for the position:
Strong experience in marketing (medical equipment or devices — obligatory);
Medical or biomedical education — strongly preferable;
