HONOR is looking for a GR Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Interaction with state authorities and municipalities to ensure the implementation of organizational decisions to protect and promote the interests of the Company
Interact, advise, and mentor the departments of the Company working with the public sector, to take care of the product at all stages of the life cycle - Ensure the effective participation of the Company’s representatives in the working agenda, the agenda of specialized associations, as well as in the agenda of politically and socially significant events
- Prepare the analytical materials on GR issues and reports on interaction with government authorities, public and other organizations both in Russia and abroad
- Prepare the solution of crisis and prevention of conflict situations
Professional attribute:
- At least 5+ years of experience as a senior manager in Retail / Telecom / Media / Technology area
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Interaction experience and the presence of connections and personal contacts in the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, FAS, Rospotrebnadzor (desirable)
- Understanding of the current economic, political agenda and legislation, with experience in preparing annual reports
- The ability to simply, competently, and consistently express thoughts (orally and in writing), ability to establish trusting relationships and build long-term communications
- Public speaking, negotiation, and business writing skills in Russian and English
- Knowledge of international and Russian codes of professional and ethical principles
- Fluent communication in English
