Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Engage proactively in commercial activities with the objective of driving growth and productivity
- Develop relationship across the distribution chain that increases trust and engagement with key wholesalers / partners and expands access and availability of Novartis products
- Roll out innovative commercial models that fit the needs of best-in-class Launches
- Initiate the upscale of the commercial terms & policies to capture and capitalize on reimbursement opportunities
- Play key role in negotiations with the Partners and provide strategic inputs and support to the team (including AR management within approved Company & Insurance limits, SiT monitoring)
- Active and high-quality cross-functional work with the logistics department, business units, etc
- Knowledge of the governmental procurement & drug provision system in RF
- Knowledge of the legislative base and current changes in the area of healthcare of RF
What you’ll bring to the role:
- University degree
- Significant account management experience - deep understanding of the distribution system
- Ability to work in cross-functional team in a matrix environment
- Analytical skills
- English intermediate spoken & written
