Henkel is looking for a Government Relations & Public Affairs Manager.
Your role:
Contribute into lobbying efforts of associations: FIAC, AEB, APCOHM, AHK, Rusbrand in order to ensure inclusion of Henkel’s position on relevant topics as e.g. EPR reform, “dual quality” or implementation of track & tracing systems.
Ensure ongoing constructive dialogue with federal and regional stakeholders in order to engage relevant public authorities in crisis situations and ongoing projects, receive latest information on actual regulatory issues from the original source.
Organize visibility of Henkel in external environment of public events e.g. SPIEF, ChemiCos, other relevant events.
Built reputation of Henkel as an expert in relevant chemical industry topics.
Provide relevant GR expertise to BU`s / Functions crisis management / project teams.
Align internationally relevant topics with global head of PAG in HQ/Düsseldorf.
Your skills:
Higher education (Master’s degree).
Relevant work experience: min 4 years.
Experience at federal as well as regional level.
Used to work with international company and to defend its position.
Good command of English (Upper-intermediate or higher).
Good communication and presentation skills, ability to influence and to negotiate.
Result oriented and highly engaged team player.
