STADA is searching for a Government Relations Manager.
Job purpose:
Coordinate interaction with public authorities, as well as non-commercial and industrial associations in order to create favorable conditions for the Company’s activities in the Russian market, to ensure effective access of Stada products to the Russian market
To increase Stada visibility and to position Company as a trusted Public Health partner and opinion leader in the pharmaceutical and Healthcare environment
To build and manage strategic relationships in order to leverage business, advocate Stada added values to deliver full services offer for healthcare, support the business in attaining its commercial and market share objectives, and contribute to the development of our growth platforms and key products
Responsibilities:
Government Relations: Advance access efforts via appropriate advocacy with key relevant government stakeholders
Enhancing the Brand: strengthen brand image of actively listening and responding by providing appropriate solutions on health care reform and economic development issues
Also, being a industry leader working individually and within industry associations on key public policy issues such as intellectual property and regulatory reform
Project manager: developing and implementing key government advocacy programs including enhancing innovation and providing expertise
Make analysis of the political situation in the key Russian regions for Stada business. To inform the management of the Company and other structural units of the changes and to prepare an action plan in case of a possible impact on the Company’s operations
Coordinate the management of the Company participated in various events (forums, round tables, seminars, etc.), Held in cooperation with public authorities and non-profit organizations within the area of responsibility
Regularly provide reports on planned and ongoing activities, the results achieved. Implement a regular exchange of experience with other divisions of the company, as well as within the department
Prepares letters, appeals, inquiries and other materials to the state authorities and business associations within their competence
Monitor compliance with the Russian legislation and internal regulations of the company in cooperation with authorities of the Russian Federation Government
Requirements:
Post graduate university degree
3-5+ years of experience in a senior position in Corporate Affairs in pharmaceutical industry
Expert knowledge of healthcare system funding in Russia and understanding
Experience of reimbursement / funding / market access applications in the Russian health care environment
Extensive contacts and good relationship with key health care policy decision makers
Strong analytical & presentation skills
Project management skills
Fluency in English.
