Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently and idiomatically.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience within the online entertainment/gaming/mobile app gaming industries.
  • Broad knowledge of sales and management, and proven team management experience.
  • Knowledge of digital media and/or publishing with an understanding of programmatic marketing solutions.
  • Autonomous with ability to work in cross-functional teams and across geographies.
  • Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and persuasion skills, combined with excellent business judgment.

As an Industry Manager, you will be a key part of our Russian Large Customer Sales Gaming team. You will use vertical, product, marketing and Google knowledge to support global mobile app and desktop gaming advertisers, whose main marketing objectives target countries outside of Russia/CIS.

You will create and deliver on business plans, develop strategies for promoting Google products and offer solutions. You will optimize client accounts effectively (with the help of Analytical Consultants), lead C-level relations, define required resources, sales tools, practices, and knowledge and contribute to business and ecosystem development.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

 

Responsibilities

  • Grow Google’s digital commerce global advertisers portfolio.
  • Define portfolio business strategy by analyzing data, trends, client performance, business models and identifying opportunities.
  • Create transformational goals for each customer by translating business plans into quarterly tactics.
  • Prepare and conduct strategic business presentations. Establish and grow C-level relationships with advertisers, their agencies and within the ecosystem.
  • Educate the market on Google’s advertising solutions and contribute strategically to the growth, development and direction of Google’s products and services.
