Minimum qualifications:
Experience in partnering with executive-level stakeholders.
Ability to speak and write in English and Russian fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives as project manager.
A tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach.
Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills and business acumen.
Good networker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across various business functions and influence different stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Maintain cross-functional relationships and coordination primarily with Global Advisory Functions (People Operations, Finance, Communications, GAPP, Legal, etc.) to support the Country Manager and enable the country success (e.g. operating rhythm for cross-functional forums. Work with Google experts to help drive decisions.
Support programs to help arrange internal communications (e.g., site events, Country Manager-sponsored People and Culture initiatives) and external engagements and outreach.
Assume leadership and day-to-day responsibility for key projects as determined by the Go-To-Market (GTM) Country Lead.
Serve as an advisor to the Country Manager and Country GTM Lead.
