Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement product quality assurance strategy for all company brands and categories in all countries of production;
- Design and develop quality control system;
- Develop and implement KPI system for employees of quality department;
- Work with regulatory documentation, update policies and procedures in the field of quality control procedures;
- Develop methodological support for business;
- Conduct suppliers audits and internal processes and programs audits;
- Develop and implement cost-reduction measures in terms of product quality assurance;
- Conduct analysis of complaints, claims, study of the causes of defects and violations of production technology, deterioration of product quality, defects and participate in the development of proposals for their elimination;
- Organize quality control inspections of finished products, raw materials, spare materials and the condition of technological.
Requirements:
- Higher professional education;
- More than 5 years of experience as Director of Quality in international companies;
- Work experience in textile, clothing, and shoe industries will be an advantage;
- Experience in managing international teams is required, taking into account religious and cultural differences, including remote ones;
- Experience working with China, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Vietnam is required;
- Experience working with Uzbekistan and other Southeast Asia countries will be a significant advantage;
- Confident negotiation skills;
- Proactive attitude, focus on results through cooperation between the parties, positive attitude, ability to work in multitasking mode and under pressure;
- Excellent planning and organization skills;
- Project management experience;
- Readiness for permanent business trips within regions of production;
- Confident Excel user, proficiency in MS Office tools;
- Fluent English is required;
- Chinese, Bengali, and other languages will be an advantage.
